Peking Duck Scones








Just saw these on UrbanDaddy. Made with duck bones infused into buttermilk, duck fat, roasted duck AND crispy duck skin. I feel caught in their tractor beam grip as I scheme how to make it to DeLise Dessert Cafe on Bay Street in SF before they're gone from the menu. It IS Chinese New Year afterall... BTW, check out their web site. The menu looks well worth the hike for all you savorytranssweeters.
