No More Raids on Raw Milk

Can we just focus our criminal investigations and police raids on actual criminal stuff like stolen goods, or drugs, or child pornography? For the life of me, I cannot fathom how raw dairy ever fell into that category of the law.

If the FDA actually did its job, which is to safeguard our food production practices, those who are concerned about the safety of consuming raw dairy wouldn't be, would they?
